Napoli Shkolnik PLLC is representing hundreds of Flint, Michigan residents who are seeking compensation for lead in their water, lead in their bodies, multiple illnesses and concerns, and for the lost value of their homes. Napoli Shkolnik PLLC has filed several complaints in State and Federal court against Governor Rick Snyder and other Michigan and City of Flint officials for their involvement in allegedly causing the ongoing water crisis.
Representatives from our offices are holding a series of no appointment and open-to-the-public Town Hall Meetings October 6th and 7th (9am-5pm) at the Holiday Inn Express located 1150 Robert T Longway Blvd, Flint, MI 48503.
We encourage residents to stop by to discuss their legal options with respect to the water crisis. There is a strict time limitation for filing an action for both property and personal injury claims.
Thus far, the State and Federal government has failed the residents of Flint in providing any financial compensation for the tragedy that is going on in the community. Therefore, Napoli Shkolnik continues to work with the offices of Senators Debbie Stabenow and Gary Peters, as well as Congressman Dan Kildee, on a Victim’s Compensation Fund bill that would provide much needed aid to the people of Flint. The proposed bill would provide financial relief and future healthcare guarantees.
