United States District Judge Levy grants Napoli Shkolnik’s Request for Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order

United States District Judge Levy has granted Napoli Shkolnik’s request for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order against an attorney and his law firm who have inappropriately communicating with  putative class members and individuals represented plaintiffs regarding matters related to the proposed settlement.
